Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Varimitrust website (varimitrust.org) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Union Membership

Eligibility

To become a member of Varimitrust independent farmer's union, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be engaged in or committed to organic farming practices
  • Complete the membership application process
  • Pay applicable membership fees
  • Agree to abide by union bylaws and policies

Member Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

  • Maintain organic certification or work towards certification
  • Participate in union governance and decision-making
  • Pay dues and fees in a timely manner
  • Support the union's mission and values
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Investment Terms

Investment in Varimitrust shares is subject to the following:

  • Investments are subject to approval by the union board
  • Minimum investment amounts and terms are specified in the prospectus
  • Returns are not guaranteed and depend on union performance
  • Shares may have restrictions on transfer or redemption
  • Investors must comply with all securities laws and regulations

All investment decisions should be made after reviewing the complete prospectus and consulting with financial advisors.

Use of Services

Permitted Use

You may use our services for:

  • Accessing information about the union
  • Applying for membership or investment opportunities
  • Communicating with union staff and members
  • Participating in union programs and services

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws or regulations

Termination
